Before choosing the cuff size we suggest you take a shoe lace, wrap it tighly around your wrist and hold the spot where the end closes the circle. You then straighten the lace and measure the length from the end to the spot you marked. Now you have your wrist size. 

For wrist sizes from 3.. and under we suggest XS

For wrist sizes from 3..5 we suggest S

For wrist sizes from 5...7 we suggest M

For wrist Sizes from 7.. and above we suggest L

To choose the right Ring size you simply use a shoe lace or a thin piece of paper. You then wrap it tightly around the finger for which you want the ring for. Then mark the spot where the end of your lace/paper meets the other remaining length. When you lay the lace/paper on the table you now can measure the diameter of your ring size.

5-6 cm we suggest size 6

6-7 cm we suggest size 7

7-8 cm we suggest size 8 

8-9 cm we suggest size 9

9-10 cm we suggest size 10

11-12 cm we suggest size 11

11-12 cm we suggest size 12

Due to the fact that we are a newly founded small business our first batch of Necklaces are adjustable in two different lengths. The shorter length is 55 cm and the longer length is 58 cm. Depending on how long you like your necklace you have these two options to adjust.
