Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide from our studio in Germany. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, we prepare and dispatch it within one business day. Typical delivery times are:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- Europe & UK: 2–6 business days
- USA & International: 6–8 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way – so you can follow it in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – enjoy free shipping on all orders over 100 € (EU) and $120 (US).

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unworn condition.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is currently not covered – we’re a small, independent label and appreciate your understanding.
Duties & Taxes
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For all orders within the European Union, duties and taxes are included at checkout – no surprises.
For international orders, additional customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not covered by TORA® and are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express— as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Available payment options may vary depending on your location.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, ensuring your data is protected at every step.
Can I use a discount code?
Absolutely. If you have a valid code, you can enter it during checkout — the discount will be applied automatically.
Product & Materials
What is your jewellery made of?
Each piece is handcrafted from solid, recycled 925 sterling silver — free from nickel, lead, and other harmful elements. We use only premium raw materials and work with skilled silversmiths who bring decades of craftsmanship to every design.
Will the silver tarnish?
All pieces are finished with a high-quality anti-tarnish coating that withstands sweat, heat, and water while preserving the natural shine of silver. Sterling silver may develop a patina over time – a quality we embrace as part of its raw, evolving character. You can polish it to restore brilliance, or let it age gracefully with wear.
Where is your jewellery made?
TORA® designs are created in Germany and brought to life by artisans in Bali, whose expertise and attention to detail give each piece its unique strength and timeless appeal.

How do I know which size fits me?
Each product page includes a dedicated size guide and detailed sizing descriptions tailored to the specific product category and available sizes.

Warranty & Repairs
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Every TORA® piece comes with a 365-day warranty that covers all material and production defects.
If your piece shows any unexpected issues within the first year, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just contact our customer service, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note:
Signs of normal wear such as scratches, natural oxidation, or alterations by third parties are not covered under warranty. However, if you're unsure or need help, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help find a solution or assist with repairs.
