Wrap a string or measuring tape tightly around your wrist and measure the length. Match it to our size guide:

• XS: up to 14 cm
• S: 14–16.5 cm
• M: 16.5–18.5 cm
• L: 18.5–21 cm

For most women we recommend S, for most men M. For larger men's wrists, choose L.
