Then match your circumference to our size guide:

• Size 6 – up to 50 mm
• Size 7 – 50–55 mm
• Size 8 – 55–60 mm
• Size 9 – 60–65 mm
• Size 10 – 65–70 mm
• Size 11 – 70–75 mm
• Size 12 – 75–80 mm

For most women, we recommend sizes 6–8.

For most men, sizes 9–11 are ideal.
